The short version: RealWarp does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or usage data. We only verify your license status. That's it.

What We Don't Collect

RealWarp does not collect or transmit:

Information about applications you use
Screen content or recordings
Browsing history or activity
Personal files or documents
Keystrokes or input data
Location data
Any usage analytics or telemetry

Nothing you do in RealWarp is ever transmitted back to our servers.

Permissions

RealWarp uses the following macOS permissions:

Screen Recording (required): Required to capture and display your Mac's screen content on your AR glasses. This content is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted externally.
Accessibility (optional): Enables background keyboard controls for re-centering displays, zoom, and changing panel focus. Also tracks mouse position and prevents the cursor from entering the desktop while the app is active. If granted, this data remains on your device and is never sent to our servers.

These permissions are used solely for app functionality. We have no access to any data these permissions provide.

License Verification

The only network communication RealWarp performs is license verification. When you activate the Pro version, we check your license key against our licensing server. This request contains:

Your license key
A hardware identifier (to prevent unauthorized sharing)

No personal information, usage data, or screen content is included in this request.

Data Storage

RealWarp stores minimal data locally on your device:

Your display arrangement preferences
App settings (resolution, refresh rate, etc.)
License activation status

This data never leaves your device.

Third Parties

We do not share any data with third parties because we don't collect any data to share.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update this page. Our commitment to not collecting your data will not change.
